Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 84-year-old patient with malaise, new-onset proximal muscle weakness, and numbness of the foot. Other critical information such as the prednisolone dosage as well as the inclusion body myositis, which is being complicated by microscopic polyangiitis, is presented.
