Abstract
Methods Speckle-tracking analysis of the left and right ventricles were evaluated in 50 fetuses with CDH and in 130 fetuses without CDH. Conclusions Fetuses with CDH have an elevated prevalence of hypoplastic left ventricle and reduced synchronicity in contractility between the ventricles. To evaluate interventricular differences in size, contractility, and shape of the cardiac ventricles in fetuses with isolated left CDH. [Extracted from the article]
