Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 51 year old man with nonischemic dilated cardiomyopathy, a low ejection fraction (25%), and New York Heart Association class III heart failure was referred for cardiac resynchronization therapy and then developed pacemaker-mediated tachycardia. A discussion of the factors that may have led to the development of the tachycardia is presented.
