Abstract
The article discusses the National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) conducted by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding seizures in children and adolescents aged 6-7 years in 2010-2014. The survey examines the multiple outcomes reported by parents of those with and without seizures including indicators of food insecurity, functional limitations, and barriers to care. The findings of the survey is also discussed.
