Abstract
Reports on the North American Commission for Environmental Cooperation's release of the third annual `Taking Stock' report on international releases and transfers of toxic materials by industrial facilities. Comparable data from the Toxic Release Inventory and the Canadian National Pollutant Release Inventory analyzed in the study; Reductions in the releases of toxic chemicals observed.
