Abstract
The article offers suggestions related to helping school leaders find work-life balance. Topics discussed include being clear about what is important and what is not important, allocate funds to hire a retired administrator or aspiring teacher to supervise a series of games, keeping meetings short, encouraging attendance at leadership programs and adjusting sequence of agenda of the board.
