Abstract
The article discusses the impact of sanctions on Iran and the collapse of Lebanon following the explosion in Beirut in 2020. It highlights the negative effects of sanctions on the Iranian population, including the growth of the black market and the worsening economic conditions for ordinary people. The article also argues that sanctions have made Iran more aggressive and nuclear, contrary to their intended purpose. Additionally, it features a book talk by journalist Dalal Mawad, who discusses her book on the explosion in Lebanon and the experiences of women survivors. The book aims to amplify the voices of those affected by the explosion and advocate for truth and accountability. [Extracted from the article]
