Abstract
The article focuses on the fact that the 'Feces Sign' enhances conversion to open exploration at the time of laparoscopic surgery for small bowel obstruction. The article states that Laparoscopic adhesiolysis (LA) for adhesive small bowl obstructions is used with single band adhesion presentation and the computed tomography (CT) scan has shown an identifiable transition point or a closed-loop obstruction with ischemia, however, the use of LA has involved risks.
