Abstract
The article discusses that how epithelial cell–specific loss of function of Miz1 causes a spontaneous chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)-like phenotype and up-regulates ACE2 (reported as a SARS-CoV-2 receptor) expressing in mice. It mentions that recapitulates features of COPD, with implications for Covid-19.
