Abstract
The article offers information on panel discussion at 43rd Canada-United States Law Institute (CUSLI) Annual Conference on U.S. and Canada cooperate on climate change. Topics discussed include pension funds, individual shareholders, consumers who drive behavior of that, in fact, then makes investment decisions; technological innovation even in the Canadian Oil Sand and Paris Agreement, everybody who signed on to it.
