Abstract
Although the comprehension of what produced the loss of consciousness is not complete, as no witness of the event was available, the clinical and electrophysiological data feasibly indicate that a seizure was the most probable aetiology of PIBS, with consequent bilateral brachial plexus lesion. To the Editor In patients with epilepsy (PwE), well recognized complications are represented by epilepsy-related injuries. No acute lesions were demonstrated in both brain and cervical spinal cord computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). [Extracted from the article]
