Abstract
Kinetically unstable isocyanides as vinyl, allenyl and propargyl isocyanides react in Passerini and Ugi reactions faster than they decompose and lead to functionalized α‐acyloxy amides and α‐amino amides, respectively, which can subsequently be used in reactions involving the unsaturated substituent.
