Abstract
The article presents criticism on the film "The Adventures of Tintin," directed by Steven Spielberg and produced by Peter Jackson. Particular focus is given to the computer-generated (CG) effects used in the film including motion capture and CG characters and settings. It is compared with several other motion pictures including "Who Framed Roger Rabbit," "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" and "Avatar."
