Abstract
The article highlights the potential hazards that may emerge from the weakening financial law in the U.S. Based on the case, Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission (FEC), the U.S. Supreme Court has been held responsible for their actions as it turned down the country's democracy by allowing corporations and unions in spending unlimited amount of money on political advertisements. Moreover, the identified are the dangers that primarily include the rising trend over outside expenditures.
