Abstract
The article offers information on how a community partnership has improved access to buprenorphine for individuals experiencing homelessness through a novel mobile health service made possible has relaxed federal regulations on the prescription of buprenorphine. Topics include the U.S. and the novel coronavirus pandemic has made it more difficult for individuals with opioid use disorders to access illicit opioids, and leading to an increased demand for medications to treat opioid use disorder.
