Abstract
The article discusses the redeterminations of the borrowing base, refers to the total credit limit of the borrower permitted by the reserve-based revolving credit facilities (RBL facilities), during litigation. It mentions possible claims that might be consider by a borrower including fraud, breach of contract, and breach of duty of fair dealing and good faith. Also discussed is the establishment of a borrowing base by a specific RBL facility.
