Abstract
Single crystals of a NiAl-base intermetallic alloy with crystallographic orientation [001] are studied in cast condition, after heat treatment, and after high-temperature tests for long-term strength at 1200°C by the methods of scanning and transmission electron microscopy, physicochemical phase analysis and microscopic x-ray spectrum analysis.
