Abstract
The article focuses on the use of lenvatinib as a systemic therapy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and discusses the implications of a complete radiologic response to the treatment. Topics include the efficiency and tolerability of lenvatinib in real-world settings, its applicability in therapeutic hierarchy and treatment stage migration; and the need for further research in identifying biomarkers that can predict tumor response to treatments and improve personalized medicine.
