Abstract
A case study of a 66-year-old patient affected by a 5-cm HCC on decompensated NASH cirrhosis, was from a 57-year-old A+ female DBD who suffered from a JAK-2 positive ET treated with hydroxyurea and aspirin, with no recent evidence of circulating blast cells. Topics include Thrombotic risk within the vascular system of the graft is unknown; and tyrosine kinase enzyme called JAK-2, whose main clinical manifestations are thrombotic events.
