Abstract
The article focuses on model of enhancing loyalty of employees toward organisation based on social exchange relation providing job security in exchange of commitment. Topics discussed include impact of market forces on labour market with increased remote work, psychological mechanism uncovered by research that increases social identity, employee's ability to identify within organization and employee performance and retention improved by employers.
