Abstract
The article presents a study which evaluates the cell-surface expression of CD180 in patients with B-cell lymphoproliferative disease (B-LPD) using cytometry. Findings reveal that the B cells of B-LPD patients showed weaker expression of CD180 compared to healthy subjects. It concludes the difference of CD180 expression in malignant B cells.
