Abstract
The article presents a case of central nervous system (CNS) involvement revealing mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) with atypical imaging in a 59-year-old man with a history of facial nerve palsy and trigeminal hypoesthesia who developed confusion within several months, lower extremities spasticity, cerebellar syndrome, and weight loss. Observations include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) lesions and the importance of specific blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) tests.
