Abstract
The article describes a case of a Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) that developed in plasma cell leukaemia during Revlimid and dexamethasone treatment in a 51-year-old man. The laboratory test results of the patient is presented, which include leukocytosis with peripheral plasma cells, thrombocytopenia, renal failure and multiple lytic bone lesions. The patient was given corticosteroids, high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin, prophylactic antibiotics and fluid input following diagnosis of SJS.
