Abstract
A 12-year-old boy presented with ulcers, plaques, and nodules on his left leg, along with abdominal pain, oral aphthae, and joint pain. Analytic tests revealed elevated inflammatory markers and faecal calprotectin. Imaging and colonoscopy showed terminal ileitis and a strictured ileocecal valve. Skin biopsy demonstrated dermatitis with granulomas. The most likely diagnosis is inflammatory bowel disease. [Extracted from the article]
