Abstract
Little is known about the new monkeypox disease outbreak, but what we do know is not only clinical but also psychological damage that this affection causes in some patients. Despite being considered an endemic disease in Central and West Africa, in May 2022, a new Monkeypox outbreak has reached non-endemic countries around the world, mainly affecting patients belonging to the MSM group in Europe.[1] The WHO recommended management consists of isolation and symptomatic treatment.
