Abstract
CT thorax showed a left lung mass for which he underwent bronchoscopy and biopsy that was negative for malignancy. Diagnosis was made on the second bronchoscopy as Nocardia specific testing was not requested on first bronchoscopy sample. Pulmonary nocardiosis re-visited: experience of 35 patients at diagnosis.
