Abstract
In the article, the authors discuss the key role played by pharmacies and primacy care medicine in achieving the goal of universal health coverage (UHC) and health-related sustainable development goal (SDG). Also cited are the 2018 Astana Declaration that cites the importance of primary health-care services, and the objectives of World Health Organization's (WHO) 'Global Strategy on Human Resources for Health: Workforce 2030.'
