Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old woman who had a 6-month history of generalized weakness and fatigue. The examinations conducted to the patient reveal nodal osteoarthritic changes on her hands and borderline raised Rheumatoid factor. It discusses macrophagic myofasciitis (MMF), in which symptoms in MMF affected patients include diffuse myalgia, arthralgia and fatigue.
