Abstract
Examines whether the physical binding mechanism in the extraction of Aflatoxin B[sub 1] from liquid media by specific lactic acid bacterial strains occurs extracellularly. Stability of resulting complexes by repetitive aqueous extraction; Effect of autoclaving, sonication and chloroform extraction on release of remaining bound toxins.
