Abstract
The article reports the use of synchrotron radiation in non-destructive investigation of composition, chemical properties and structure of materials. The partly unique properties of synchrotron radiation promotes the investigation of solids and interfaces on a broad scale. Using the technology, samples can be scanned with optimum high energy at high resolution.
