Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 51-year-old woman who was admitted with acute chest pain and had experienced intermittent chest pain for more than 2 years. An electrocardiogram showed no acute changes, and a cardiac angiogram showed a tortuous vessel arising from a normal right coronary artery draining into a normal left circumflex (LCx) artery. A multi-planar computed tomography angiogram revealed a coronary artery lesion. The left internal mammary artery was encased.
