Abstract
Confirms that Saccharomyces cerevisiae Rlp7 protein is a nucleolar protein that plays a critical role in processing of precursors to the large ribosomal subunit RNA. Analysis of processing intermediates; Pulse-chase labeling of rRNA; Disruption of Rlp7 and expression of RLP7 protein from a conditional promoter.
