Abstract
In this article, the authors presents information on Peter L. Benson, a social scientist who was the president of Search Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and his contribution to the applied developmental science. The authors say that Peter worked on applied developmental science, developmental assets, and positive youth development theories and research which was still cutting-edge in the early 21st century.
