Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 74-year-old patient who had developed an isolated ocular toxoplasmosis and received belatacept blocker, after underwent kidney transplantation. Topics discussed include the cyclophosphamide received by the patient in treating the antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) vasculitis, the finding in ophthalmologic examination of ishemic vasculitis and the finding of the angiographic sequence of a temporal infarct territory in ischemic vasculitis.
