Abstract
This document is a correction notice for an article titled "A conformational epitope in placental malaria vaccine antigen VAR2CSA: What does it teach us?" published in PLoS Pathogens. The correction addresses a mislabeling issue in Figure 1, where panels B, C, and D were incorrectly labeled. The corrected version of the figure is provided. The article discusses the analysis of the VAR2CSA protein sequence diversity and the mapping of vaccine boundaries using the structure of VAR2CSA complex with PAM1.4. The binding level of human monoclonal IgG PAM1.4 and pooled purified IgG from multigravidae to the seven full-length VAR2CSA recombinants was also measured. The authors of the article are Justin Y. A. Doritchamou, Jonathan P. Renn, Lars Hviid, and Patrick E. Duffy. [Extracted from the article]
