Presents a study on the effect of the inhalation of anti-human immunoglobulin E (IgE) on allergic asthmatics. Factor that affects the degree of asthmatic response to IgE; Materials and methods utilized for the study; Hypothesis suggested by the involvement of IgE in early and late asthmatic responses; Cutaneous reactions of early and late asthmatic responses to IgE in man.
