Abstract
The article focuses on the several visits between Cuban and National Lawyers Guild representatives, arranged by colleagues and friends at the Cuban Mission and Cuban Interests Section. The visits aim to research the legal and sociopolitical dimensions of the case of the Cuban Five, by discussing it with a variety of people, including their families, president of the Cuban National Assembly Ricardo Alarcon and lawyers. Related issues of importance to Cuban-U.S. relations also emerged.
