Abstract
The article describes the case of a 29-year-old white male with a five-year history of ulcerative colitis (UC) in treatment with adalimumab. The patient developed acute left hand weakness after six months of treatment. He underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of brain and cervical spine to assess his condition, as well as bacteriological and virological screenings.
