Abstract
The mach inability result of MONEL alloy is examine by changeable the parameters of Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM). Pulse ON time, pulse OFF time, release current and gap voltage governs the EDM operation. These are considered as autonomous parameters. Material Removal Rate (MRR) and Surface Profile (Ra) are taken as the dependent parameters. The mach inability effect of Monel alloy by varying parameters like Pulse ON time, pulse OFF time, discharge current and opening voltage by means of Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) was done and the optimal condition was found by using MINITAB. The ANNOVA showed that the discharge current include important change in the value of Ra. The validation has been performed to obtain the optimal value. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
