Abstract
The article presents a case of a 10-month-old boy who was rushed to a clinic due to fever with fast breathing. He has a medical history of recurrent lower respiratory tract infections and diarrhoea. He has completely recovered from bronchopneumonia and acute gastroenteritis. Also cited are his possible multisystem conditions, his differential diagnosis, and recommended management principles and prognosis.
