Abstract
patient of stage III squamous cell carcinoma of mandible with hemi-mandibulectomy, modified radical neck dissection and radiotherapy required Ryle's Tube (RT) insertion for feeding. This case report describes use of fibreoptic bronchoscope to place an endotracheal tube in oesophagus through nasal route which was then used as a conduit to pass a RT into stomach.
