Abstract
The article reports a case of syringocysadenocarcinoma papilliferum in situ with pagetoid spread on the scalp of an elderly woman. Macroscopic examination of an excised solitary lesion showed a raised tumor. Histologically, the tumor was enveloped by an epidermal collarette and showed irregular invaginations with formation of cystic spaces.
