Abstract
The article presents a study on the risk factors that affect antibody responses to Kaposi's sarcoma linked with herpesvirus (KSHV) in patients under highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). The study examined HIV patients under HAART who are free from KS, wherein an immunofluorescene antibody were detected. The study showed that the 383 HIV patients were determined with KSHV serostatus, which is an HIV-related factors and coinfections in patients with higher seropositivity.
