Abstract
The article offers information on Shawn Crouch, winner of the 2020 American Guild of Organists (AGO)/ECS Publishing Award in choral composition. It further discusses new-music competition seeks works for soprano, alto, tenor and bass (SATB) chorus and organ in which the organ plays a distinctive and significant role; SATB choir utilizing the text of a poem by Marilyn Biery; and combination with voices and other instruments.
