Abstract
Information about the country-based workshops on Drought Impacts: Vulnerability Thresholds in Monitoring and Early-Warning Research (DrIVER) project is presented. The event focused on the assessment and measurement of drought impacts to improve drought monitoring and early warning systems (DEWS). The workshops on climate projections suggest many regions will experience more intense impact droughts.
