Abstract
The article focuses on the scrutiny of precision medicine and genomics through the lens of health inequities, addressing the crucial question of equity in what form. Drawing on Sen and Nussbaum's approach, the authors advocate for a more precise delineation of two conceptualizations: inequity in precision medicine and health inequity, emphasizing the need to consider both upstream.
