Abstract
The article discusses the use of executive development at Great Britain-based Standard Chartered Bank as an organization development intervention. It states that executive development and leadership development are usually used interchangeably. It says that in Standard Chartered Bank, executive development applies to approximately 500 executives in a firm of 87,000 employees, so the proportion is smaller.
