Abstract
To the Editor, In this journal Hou et al. recently reported their experience on clinical aggravation in COVID-19 patients [[1]]. Based on impaired arterial blood gas oxygen therapy was started and a contrast enhanced chest CT scan was obtained, showing opacification defects suggestive of pulmonary artery thromboembolism (Figure 1).
