Abstract
The article discusses methods to improve postured for preventing musculoskeletal problems in dental professional. It mentions about researcher Ellis Paul's work on correct posture for dental nurses including sitting at an angle of 45 degree to patient, maintaining straight back, and sitting higher then operator. It states that use optical systems magnifying loupes, doing regular exercise, and use of proper operating stools can help prevent the problems.
