Abstract
The article discusses application of behavior change theories and techniques in the context of a digital health revolution. Topics discussed include role of application of evidence-based theories in digital health intervention development and improving efficacy, moving behavioral health interventions to digital platforms, and advantages of digital health platforms, which can be achieved through optimization designs, dynamic systems modeling, and social network analysis.
